Predefined fields options list isn't created properly during template installation
From some reason, during template installation isn't properly created options list for all predefined fields. Fields are saved with default option-id = "Option Name" instead of the list of options from the template.xml file.
I checked this behaviour with 1.5.0 and 1.5.1.S version of the core.
