Unapproved entries do not show in alpha listing view
New entries which aren't approved aren't visible in the alpha listing view for admins and users with rights to see unapproved entries. They are displayed in the section. category and search but when you browse alpha view they are hidden. When we approve them and unapprove again then they become visible.
